Welcome to the Framing Reframing, Self Esteem, Drama Triangles and Beliefs Activity!
In the second session we continue to explore the ‘10Keys to Improved Wellbeing’ and further unpack framing and reframing to change the meaning of a situation by changing its frame of reference. Exploring changing our thinking around thinking and how to change our responses and therefore the outcomes. Following this we look at self esteem, goal setting and how the past, present and future play their part. We then reflect and experience ‘drama triangles’ and how to navigate our way through them and change them to become ‘empowerment triangles’. The session concludes with better understanding how our beliefs help and hinder our wellbeing.
