They come from all sorts of different places, from how and who you grew up with, to people you look up to in life, or maybe even celebrities you admire. But defining them can sometimes be difficult and it isn’t always something we think about on a day to day basis - they’re subconscious at times. This is your chance to explore what values are and start to discover and identify your own.
