However, to really make them come to life, how are you going to communicate them in day to day life? This is your chance to think about what they might look and sound like and understand more why they are important to you and others.

Remember a time when you intervened and/or challenged a situation that didn’t match with your values, principles or ethics. Share what motivated you to take the action you did, how you communicated your decision and what outcomes it brought.

Work with a friend/family member/colleague and share your scenario. Discuss what you did and how it turned out and see what you can learn from the feedback from who you shared with. Share your discoveries here.
