Values and ethics are something which shape our world and all of us have - even if we don’t spend a lot of time thinking about them. They’re important in terms of helping us have a view of what is right and wrong, and the kinds of decisions we want to make both at work, but also at home and socially with friends and family. Plus, being able to communicate our values and ethics effectively gives us the ability to make our point of view heard and shape the behaviours of others and, ultimately, the world we live in.
