Welcome to 10Keys, Positive Mind, Resources & Metaphors
This module starts with a self assessment based on the ‘10Keys to Improved Wellbeing’ and then explores how we think, how we feel and how we behave as one system and the connections between them as a way of understanding how our minds work and how our behaviour influences the results we get. We then begin to explore the resources and skills we have, need and can access to help us reach a better state of wellbeing. The session concludes with developing a greater understanding of stories and metaphors and the role they can play in informing our mental health and wellbeing.
