Values and ethics are something which shape our world and all of us have - even if we don’t spend a lot of time thinking about them. They’re important in terms of helping us have a view of what is right and wrong, and the kinds of decisions we want to make both at work, but also at home and socially with friends and family. Plus, being able to communicate our values and ethics effectively gives us the ability to make our point of view heard and shape the behaviours of others and, ultimately, the world we live in. This learning playlist is your chance to explore your own values, principles and ethics, and work out how to share them with others.

Values are one of the things that shape our decision making and guide us in life. They come from all sorts of different places, from how and who you grew up with, to people you look up to in life, or maybe even celebrities you admire. But defining them can sometimes be difficult and it isn’t always something we think about on a day to day basis - they’re subconscious at times. This is your chance to explore what values are and start to discover and identify your own.
